Naturally, I am a curious person and a problem-solver. My past experience in customer service, event coordination, and marketing has led me to believe in my eye for design and empathy for people. In 2018, I learned about human-centered design and became inspired by a career focused on understanding user needs and advocating for the user through design decisions. 

 

It begins and ends with having humility- approach every situation with an open mind and never assume you have all the answers. Over the last 4 years, I have worked as a contract designer and find myself excited to discover something new in each challenge the business or product faces. As a designer, I am passionate about simplifying the job to be done and creating a cohesive and consistent user experience.
